Event Registration & Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket and/or registering for this event, attendees agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. All bookings are considered confirmed once payment is received.

2. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for non-attendance or change of mind after the event has taken place, regardless of the reason.
Refund requests will only be considered if submitted at least 48 hours before the event start time.
To request a refund, attendees must contact the event organiser in writing (via email or designated contact method). Eligible refunds will be processed at the organiser’s discretion.

3. Transfer of Ticket
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another attendee. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved by the organiser prior to the event.

4. Event Changes
Event details—such as date, time, speaker line-up, or venue—may be subject to change. Should the organiser need to reschedule or significantly modify the event, all registered participants will be notified promptly.

5. Liability & Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

The organiser accepts no responsibility for personal belongings or any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the event.

6. Photography & Media
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded, with images potentially used for promotional or marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the organiser prior to the event.

7. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event management, communication, and updates. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
