Who We Are.

Where Women Rise, Together.

Businesswomen of Melbourne is a vibrant, inclusive network created in 2024 to empower women across all industries, stages of business, and lived experiences. We are a community built on genuine connection, where women show up as they are, without judgement, without pressure, and without the need to “have it all figured out.”

Our group brings together entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, consultants, and emerging leaders who are ready to grow, learn, and lead alongside other women who understand the journey. Here, we make space for real conversations, real mentorship, and real transformation.

Why We Were Formed.

In 2024, we recognised a growing need for a safe, supportive environment where women in business could connect openly, share their challenges, celebrate their achievements, and access guidance without ego or competition. Many women felt isolated, overwhelmed, or unsupported in navigating the evolving landscape of business, especially as opportunities and expectations continue to shift.

Businesswomen of Melbourne was created to bridge that gap.

It was designed as a community where women can lean on one another, elevate each other’s strengths, and develop the confidence, clarity, and courage to pursue their ambitions. Whether you are building, scaling, transitioning, or reinventing, you belong here.
